Another TV Licensing goon has been captured on camera peddling his immoral wares for a second time.
Baby-faced Richard Durrant was out gooning on the streets of Merseyside earlier today, when he called at a block of flats and was greeted by a clued-up, camera-wielding occupier.
Durrant was last caught on camera back in July 2014. The footage this time isn't quite as clear, but there's no mistaking his poncey haircut or slap-on tan.
As the occupier approached the gated entrance Durrant could be heard commenting that he didn't have a TV licence. Quick as a flash the occupier replied that he didn't need a TV licence, as he didn't receive live TV programmes.
Durrant, by this stage sensing his commission slipping from grasp, asked to enter the property to confirm that the occupier was being truthful. The occupier refused, to which Durrant responded that other TV Licensing goons may visit and he wouldn't be able to remove his address from the list.
Durrant then turned on his heels and walked away from the visit. The occupier kept his camera rolling as Durrant walked down the road - in completely the opposite direction to his car - and paused to make some notes. After a few minutes of pretending he'd parked in the opposite direction, Durrant doubled back towards his vehicle (a royal blue Ford Focus, registration number SM05 RYV).
Remember that a TV licence is only needed for those properties where equipment is installed or used to receive TV programmes. Anyone, like the occupier in this latest video, who doesn't legally require a TV licence, is under no obligation to assist TV Licensing.
By far the most effective way of dealing with TV Licensing goons like Durrant is to say nothing and close the door.
